Fairview Farms Homeowners Association

Hello we recently received a letter in the mail claiming to put a lien on our property if we don??™t pay $450 to ??œCommunity Infrastructure and Improvements ??œ. We have no problem paying but I??™m trying to figure out if this is real or just scam mail. If anyone has more information on this any advice is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
