I'm looking to get a new driveway and was planning on doing asphalt. Is that a problem with the subdivision rules? It seems like rules aren't being followed in the neighborhood and I wanted to get everyone's opinion.

The covenant article 24 states the use of concrete for private drive ways.

Thats a liitle different than say parking a boat in the drive for a little bit to work on, or other trailer, parking a camper or haveing a comercial truck in your drive way. plus I dont think the city will allow it.
