Just a question. Are we allowed now to turn our front yard into a playground and our driveway into a junkyard? Are we allowed to let weeds grow up to 5 feet around our home? It's disrespectful to our neighbors and other residents in Fairview Farms. Someone please explain to me how this is allowed. My wife and i have a budget but we still keep our home and yard up, as most of the residents here do.
