It was shared with me that the NewsTime papers that are distributed to each house hold for free were being gathered by another individual for the yard. It is asked that if this is being done without the home owners knowledge to please make arrangements with that home owner. If this is being done to help keep our neighborhood clean by gathering those papers that are deteriorated to where they are unusable then that effort is appreciated. It would be ideal if the home owner where the deteriorated paper is in proximity would dispose of  it in a timely manner instead. Please keep in mind that the NewTime is also available on the internet at https://www.newstime-mo.com.
