Just curious, will we get lighting for the entrance sign when it get relocated?

Once the sign is put in place there will be some landscape work to be done before  lights can be installed. 

Sorry, I really meant to say, since the entrance is getting re-done, will the city provide electric this time instead of our solar battery version for lights?

No.  Solar lights will be required.
