This is being addressed by the HOA.  Again, if you don't like how the HOA is being run, then run for a Trustee position at the July HOA annual meeting.

Hi, 

   My name is Amanda Hanks and I am the woman living at the home you're referring to.  

 

I am a stay at home momma to 5 beautiful children (surprise twins!). I am in the care of my nephews and niece while their mother is deployed with the US Army. My husband is deployed with the US Air Force fighting covid. If you see him when you go to get your vax be sure to tell him hi for me. I miss him! He works 20 hr shifts 6 days a week with no extra pay. He lost his job at the height of covid but thankfully he was deployed to help fight covid. He was gone for over 6 months and we are glad he's back on this side of the state. Even if it's only one day we see him. 

 

If you'd like to help mow my yard (I haven't figured out the lawn mower yet) or help me in other ways please come by. My husband has one day off which is Sunday where we have to go grocery shopping and any errands that had to be put off during the week. So there just isn't enough time or money for me to do everything. Anyways, Id love the company and the help. I'll even share any vegetables or other produce with you!

 

We also have a free little library and food pantry on the porch that the community utilizes. I run a non profit organization helping foster families out of the garage. Just in case you've seen other people come to the house a lot thats why. 

 

I was told the other day many people hate me in the subdivision and to come here to this site. I'm sorry to hear that and I'm not here to make you like me. I'm just asking for a little grace as I'm in a different season of life than all of you.

I get your concerns but people do have rights and when my children were young we played in the front yard and hung out with neighbors in the front yard. Great times. Seems like if you would just talk to your neighbor and communicate your concerns it would help. I have to read profanity every day on my neighbors car. I don??™t like it but they have rights too.
